Your trying to get a moon right ? From what i was told someone else needs to crash your planet. Im trying to build the neccessay amount of fighters to get you the moon, just taking some time atm. Make sure you have a fleet and planet defences up. I need to make enough recyclers to take the df back and recoupe some of my loss. Ill let yuou know when i have enough fighters.

Not sure if this is true, but if you espionage is a low level, attacking with a probe might be a fast way to see what kind of defenses a planet has. not sure tho.

my esp is at level 9 so im not sure. i think it may be so they can fleet save thats the only thing i can think of... i dont recycle them anymore i also use them to fleet save. i had someone destroy my ships that were suppose to get me a moon.. first shot was annihilation second shot rebuilding

i dont spy on or attack anyone who hasnt got the symbol that shows they havnt been on.. that way i can build an armada and then go for the kills. I dont need anyone else trying to attack me while im building solar sats lol that wouldnt be good

that's not what counter espionage means... the probes were spotted on you planet and got destroyed.
